Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, except for orders placed on weekends and holidays. 

Currently, Emily's Hope can only ship items within the United States.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping rate of $10 on orders of $1-$99. Orders $100 and over will receive free shipping automatically.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot provide exchanges (or holds) due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the actual item will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to make a return:

  1. Please ensure your items meet our guidelines before attempting a return
  2. Please print out your confirmation email and ensure the name you placed the order under is visible, and send it back with the item(s)
  3. Mail the return to the address that is listed on the packing slip -
